Terms of Service

Last updated 3 September 2026

These terms cover your use of swelistings, a job board for AI and ML engineering roles operated by Frontend Core LLC.

Using the board means accepting them. If you post on behalf of a company, you are confirming that you may bind it.

Accounts

  • One account per person, with an email address you control. Sign-in is a link sent to that address, so anyone who can read your email can reach your account.
  • You choose a side when you sign up, looking or hiring, and it decides what you can reach.
  • One company profile per employer account. Whoever creates it is the only person who can edit it.

If you are looking for a role

  • What you write in a profile is yours to change whenever you like. An application keeps a copy of your links and note as they were when you sent it.
  • Withdrawing an application marks it withdrawn for the employer rather than erasing it.
  • Apply as yourself. Do not apply on someone else's behalf or misrepresent who you are.

If you are hiring

  • A role is a draft until the posting fee is paid, and then runs for the window described on the pricing page.
  • Post real, open roles at your own company. Not advertisements dressed as roles, not agency fishing, and not the same role posted again to sit near the top.
  • Nothing that discriminates on a protected characteristic, and nothing that asks a candidate to pay you.
  • You are responsible for what you do with an applicant's details, including handling them lawfully under whichever data protection rules apply to you.
  • We can remove a listing that breaks any of this, and we will tell you why.

Fees and refunds

Stripe takes the payment and we never see your card. The fee is per listing and is charged before a role is published.

  • Before the role is published, ask and we will refund it.
  • After it is published the fee is not refundable, unless the law where you live says otherwise, or we removed the listing for a reason that was ours rather than yours.
  • Prices can change, but never for a listing already paid for.

Listings collected from other sites

Some roles come from a company's own public job board rather than from an employer with an account here. They are labelled as such and they link to that company's application page.

We do not vouch for their accuracy or for whether they are still open. A company that wants its listings removed can write to us and we will stop collecting them.

Using the board

  • No scraping, bulk downloading, or republishing the board as your own.
  • No automated applications.
  • No attempt to reach data belonging to another account.
  • No using contact details found here to send unrelated marketing.

Your content

You keep everything you write. You give us permission to store and display it here so the board can do its job, and nothing further. Remove your content and that permission ends, apart from copies an employer already received.

What we are not

We are a place to list and find roles. We are not an employer, an agency, or a party to whatever follows an introduction. We do not verify the companies posting or the people applying, and nothing here promises that a role exists, is still open, or leads anywhere.

Availability

We aim to keep the board up and will not always manage it. Features change. We may suspend or end the service, and for anything beyond a brief outage we will give notice.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law does not let us exclude. So far as the law allows, Frontend Core LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

None of this limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using the board and ask us to delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will explain why unless explaining would help someone abuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and both of us submit to those courts.

If you are a consumer, none of this removes rights you have where you live or the protection of mandatory local law.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top changes whenever these terms do. Continuing to use the board after a change means accepting it. If you would rather not, stop using it and ask us to close your account.
